Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (about 4-5 pounds)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, halved
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and season it with salt and pepper, both inside and out.
